General Position Summary the Community Accountability Reporting Mechanism (CARM) Assistant is a key position in handling day-to-day collection, management, and response to all feedback cases within the project location. The CARM Assistant will help the CARM Officer/PAQ team to ensure responding directly to all feedback concerns and complaints raised by program participants and community members through a safe, accessible, transparent, and confidential CARM system. Categorizing and logging all suggestion and complaints in a secure database Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all feedback received Assisting the PAQ/Accountability Officer r in analyzing the CARM suggestions and complaints received and in preparing a monthly reports Translating the text of written complaints into English, inputting the original Arabic complaint and the English translation into the secure CARM database. Follow up on the cases to be closed. Contacting the complainants whose cases have been resolved and survey their satisfaction with CARM and with how their complaint was handled overall Support the CARM officers if needed on the field. General Position Summary The MEAL Officer position will be responsible for monitoring and quality assurance across all the components of the Fresh Horizon project in Hadramout and Aden Governorate. The incumbent will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and reporting relevant data in order for the team to measure program impact and ensure compliance with the MC Minimum Standards. A major focus of this position is to manage online and offline databases of the project and perform regular data reviews to ensure the validity, reliability, relevance, timeliness, and accuracy of captured information. The M&E Officer will assist the PAQ Manager in maintaining all hard and soft copy data, maintaining databases, data analysis, training field teams in M&E systems, and liaising with the field team to track progress against objectives and targets Essential Job Responsibilities Management of Data and Information Systems Develop and manage online databases and offline trackers for the project. Guide and supervise the entry of monitoring data into the-developed online databases according to the projects MEL plan. Develop and manage a centralized IPTT that automatically fed with data from relevant databases. General Position Summary: The Business Training Project Officer will support the design and delivery of training activities for vulnerable fishing households and small-scale traders. The role will focus on building participants’ business knowledge and capacity to effectively adopt and manage cold chain equipment. This includes delivering or coordinating training in financial literacy, record keeping, costing, and customer relationship management. The Officer will work closely with cooperatives, vendors, and business development service providers to ensure that trainings are practical, gender-sensitive, and aligned with market demands. They will also contribute to identifying opportunities for post-training support and longer-term sustainability. General Position Summary: The Cooperative Project Officer will be responsible for supporting the governance and operational strengthening of fisheries cooperatives in Hadramout/Aden. The Officer will help cooperatives improve transparency, financial management, and service delivery to members. This includes facilitating governance assessments, co-developing capacity strengthening plans, supporting cooperative-led cold chain uptake, and linking cooperatives with equipment suppliers, financial service providers, and training institutions. The Officer will ensure that supported cooperatives are well-positioned to promote sustainable, inclusive, and locally owned solutions that extend beyond the life of the project. Essential Responsibilities: Conduct governance assessments for fisheries cooperatives and help co-develop tailored capacity strengthening plans. Provide regular coaching to cooperative boards and management teams on transparency, member engagement, and financial management. Facilitate linkages between cooperatives and equipment suppliers, MFIs, business development service (BDS) providers, and government departments. Support cooperatives to coordinate group purchases, shared use of cold chain equipment, and management of shared assets. Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in cooperative development, business administration, community development, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience supporting cooperatives or community-based organisations, preferably in the livelihoods or fisheries sector. Demonstrated understanding of governance principles, financial management, and cooperative business models. Experience facilitating participatory assessments, training, and coaching. Knowledge of inclusive development practices and experience working with women and youth. Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and coordination skills. Fluency in Arabic required; working proficiency in English preferred.
